Have you ever been on a university campus and been in awe of the sheer size and complexity of the buildings and services?  In many ways, a university campus is a lot like a mini-city and it needs a great deal of planning and effort to operate the infrastructure required for the university to function.

In this episode we sit down with Carol Reyda to talk about her career as an engineering project manager at the University of Regina.  Carol is an environmental systems engineer with twenty years of experience in project management.  In this conversation, she talks the infrastructure at the University of Regina, and she highlights several projects she has worked on related to the maintenance, repair and expansion of the campus.  Carol also shares some advice for young people thinking about a career in engineering.
